SHOP POLICY

I am a very small operation, working very hard to create these items to be enjoyed. Each item is one of a kind due to it's handmade nature.

Some items may come with natural imperfections, as is the nature of ceramics.

All glazed items are food + beverage safe, however, dishwashing + microwaving is not recommended.

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS

I am happy to answer questions before purchasing

SHIPPING POLICIES:

Shipping is once a week via USPS or FedEx.

I am not responsible for what happens with a package, once it is tendered to USPS or FedEx. These carriers work in mysterious ways, once in a blue moon. If you live in a tricky area, please contact me before ordering and we can arrange signature requirement for your package.

I HAVE ACCESS ONLY TO THE SAME TRACKING INFORMATION AS PROVIDED AT SHIPMENT.

IF YOUR ITEM IS:

  • lost or stolen

  • marked as delivered but missing

  • delayed

  • not showing tracking progress

  • any other shipping variation

    I am not responsible for issues with the carrier. These issues must be handled between the customer and the carrier directly - after it’s out of my hands, it’s literally out of my hands.

The best way to remedy any of the above is to contact the Carrier directly.
